We are looking for experienced SAP Workflow & Technical Automation Consultants with 5–10 years of experience in SAP workflow development, process automation, and technical solution implementation. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in SAP workflows, automation tools, SAP technical development, and business process optimization. The role involves designing and implementing automated SAP solutions to improve operational efficiency and streamline enterprise processes.
2. Job Description
- Design, develop, and support SAP workflow and automation solutions.
- Analyze business requirements and implement process automation strategies.
- Develop SAP workflows for approvals, notifications, and business process automation.
- Work on SAP technical development and integration activities.
- Configure workflow rules, triggers, and automation processes.
- Support SAP S/4HANA workflow and digital transformation initiatives.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution activities.
- Coordinate with functional and technical teams for solution delivery.
- Prepare technical documentation, workflow diagrams, and user guides.
- Ensure compliance with SAP standards and automation best practices.

- Develop and maintain SAP workflow solutions.
- Configure business process automation and approval workflows.
- Work on SAP technical enhancements and custom developments.
- Integrate workflows with SAP and third-party systems.
- Conduct requirement gathering and process analysis sessions.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support.
- Monitor workflow performance and resolve technical issues.
- Optimize existing workflows for better efficiency and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams for implementation activities.
- Provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting assistance.
- Ensure documentation and governance standards are maintained.
4. Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 5–10 years of relevant SAP technical and workflow development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Workflow and process automation projects.
- Experience in SAP technical development and integration activities.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA workflows and automation frameworks preferred.
- Familiarity with APIs, web services, and integration technologies.
- SAP technical certifications are an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
