Key Responsibilities for Product Manager (Ophthalmology Division)
• PM is responsible for the implementation of the product sales strategy, marketing, and sales related activities.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales quotas.
• Initiating and coordinating marketing activities and projects.
• Visiting national and international conferences/exhibitions, and hospitals and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
• Giving product presentations and providing input into corporate product strategy
. • To build and maintain strong customer relationships with key customers / influencers in the area, like Surgeons, Administration, Purchase Heads, Finance Department, Hospital Management, etc. to drive business development and sales target.
Qualifications & Preferred candidate profile
• Masters/Bachelor degree in Optometry/Biomedical/Electronics
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be sales-driven and target-oriented who will develop the company’s sales force in achieving targets and goals.
• 8-14 years of relevant experience in medical devices/healthcare industry. What we offer
