Position: AI Agent Researcher & Data Scientist (Workflow Automation Lead)

One of our client in Chennai, India - seeking a hands-on expert to lead the development and deployment of autonomous AI agents. This role blends cutting-edge AI research, data science, and workflow automation in a high-impact, fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:
AI Research & Innovation: Design AI agent architectures (RL, LLMs), prototype new ideas, and stay ahead of trends.
Data Science: Build data pipelines, develop performance metrics, and run A/B tests.
Automation: Implement ML workflows with tools like Airflow/Prefect, automate ML lifecycles, and integrate CI/CD.
Production & Reliability: Deploy models in production, optimize performance, and monitor reliability.
Leadership: Drive project roadmaps, lead cross-functional teams, and collaborate with Product & Design.
Mentorship: Guide junior members and promote best practices.

Requirements:
MS/PhD in CS, Statistics, or related field.
7+ years in AI/ML/data science, 2+ years leading projects.
Skilled in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, SQL/Spark.
Experience with orchestration tools, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Strong communication and project management skills.
