1. Job Summary & Role Specification
We are looking for experienced SAP S/4HANA Program Leads with 10–18 years of experience in managing large-scale SAP transformation and implementation programs. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA program management, enterprise transformation, stakeholder coordination, delivery governance, and SAP solution implementation. The role requires leading cross-functional teams, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring successful execution of SAP programs aligned with business objectives.
2. Job Description
- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation and implementation programs.
- Manage program planning, execution, governance, and delivery activities.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, project teams, and leadership teams.
- Define program roadmap, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure alignment of SAP solutions with business requirements and objectives.
- Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution.
- Drive process optimization and digital transformation initiatives.
- Oversee implementation, migration, rollout, and support activities.
- Ensure compliance with project governance and quality standards.
- Prepare program status reports and executive presentations.

- Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation projects.
- Manage multiple project streams and cross-functional teams.
- Drive stakeholder communication and executive-level coordination.
- Monitor project schedules, deliverables, and milestones.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure successful integration across SAP modules and enterprise systems.
- Support change management and user adoption initiatives.
- Conduct program reviews and performance assessments.
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Provide post-go-live support and stabilization guidance.
4. Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Management, or related field.
- 10–18 years of experience in SAP program and project management.
- Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation programs.
- Proven experience managing enterprise-scale SAP projects.
- Knowledge of SAP functional and technical landscapes.
- Experience in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- PMP, SAP, or program management certifications preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage large teams and complex enterprise environments.
