Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Salon Receptionist to manage front desk operations, greet clients, schedule appointments, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere. Key Responsibilities
1️ Client Service:
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival
- Offer beverages and ensure client comfort
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally
- Handle client concerns or complaints calmly and efficiently
2️ Appointment Management:
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments
- Manage walk-ins and waiting lists
- Send appointment reminders via phone, SMS, or email
- Coordinate schedules with stylists and technicians
3️ Billing & Payments:
- Process payments (cash, card, digital payments)
- Maintain accurate billing records
- Handle daily cash reconciliation
- Promote salon packages, memberships, and retail products
4️ Administrative Duties:
- Maintain client records and update contact information
- Monitor inventory of front desk supplies
- Keep reception area clean and organized
- Assist in marketing activities (social media posts, promotions)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience (salon/spa experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills (POS systems, booking software)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
