1. Job Summary & Role Specification

We are looking for experienced SAP Technical Leads (ABAP) with 8–12 years of experience in SAP technical development, solution design, and project leadership. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in SAP ABAP development, technical architecture, integrations, custom enhancements, and SAP S/4HANA technical solutions. The role involves leading technical teams, driving development activities, and delivering scalable and high-quality SAP technical solutions aligned with business requirements.

2. Job Description

• Lead SAP ABAP development and technical implementation projects.
• Design and develop SAP technical solutions and custom enhancements.
• Work on SAP integrations, interfaces, reports, forms, and workflows.
• Analyze business and technical requirements to provide optimized solutions.
• Support SAP S/4HANA migration and transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate with functional consultants and stakeholders for project execution.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Ensure adherence to SAP development standards and best practices.
• Prepare technical specifications, documentation, and development guidelines.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.

3. Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead SAP ABAP technical development activities across projects.
• Develop and manage reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
• Work with IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, APIs, OData, and web services.
• Design scalable and optimized SAP technical architectures.
• Support SAP integration with internal and external applications.
• Conduct technical reviews and ensure code quality standards.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide production support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure smooth deployment and post-go-live support.

4. Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 8–12 years of relevant SAP ABAP development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP technical development and integrations.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA technical projects preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori, CDS Views, and OData services is an advantage.
• Experience in leading technical teams and project delivery activities.
• SAP ABAP certification is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
