We are looking for proactive and results-driven Telecallers to join our dynamic team in the insurance/mutual funds sector. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining our insurance or mutual fund products, and persuading them to make informed decisions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to meet targets.
Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calls:
• Initiate outbound calls to potential clients with the aim of introducing and promoting insurance/mutual fund products.
• Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and terms to prospective customers.
2. Lead Generation:
• Generate leads through cold calling, database management, and other lead generation methods.
• Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and transfer them to the sales team.
3. Customer Education:
• Educate customers on the benefits and features of our insurance or mutual fund offerings.
• Answer queries and provide accurate information to potential clients.
4. Meeting Targets:
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates.
• Work towards achieving individual and team sales goals.
