         Job Description for Voice Process Inbound- IRO:-

    • Need HSC/Graduates with fluent English communication skills (Must be at least 8 out of 10).

    • Age limit: 18 – 32 

    • Need to handle inbound calls.

    • Need to handle queries of customer and provide information.

    • Good spoken and written language skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.

    • Well-groomed personality with positive attitude.

    • Candidates should be ready to work in rotational shifts

    •  Undergraduate/ Graduate (any).

    •  Easy customer service process

    •  No sales target

     Shifts: 

    Female: 6 AM- 9 PM, Male-24*7

    CTC :

   Full Time – 17,424/ per month – 13607 In hand

   PT- 12k – 9k inhand

   OT: 150 per hour
