Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients (B2B or B2C) using various tools like LinkedIn, web searches, and industry directories.
Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to generate interest.
Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential new market segments.
Database Management: Accurately update and maintain our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with lead information and interaction logs.
Support Senior Team: Assist the senior business development team in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales collateral.
Client Nurturing: Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and scheduling meetings for the senior team.
Learning & Development: Actively participate in training sessions to develop skills in sales techniques, communication, and product knowledge.

Academic Background: A recent Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is essential
Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with the confidence to interact professionally with clients.
