·         BPO Non-Voice Process

·       Excellent written and verbal communication

·       Knowledge in Computer basics and MS Office.

·       Work on Updating Software Records, gather information from Client and update technical team

·        Manage Software Products and tools

·        Communicating with Stakeholder for various requirements

·        Follow Instructions by the company and handle the software product

·        We are hiring freshers with Hindi fluency who can handle our Internal Team and Coordinate with Our Management throughout Pan India .

·        communication with customers on chat and emails.
