Job Description for Sales Manager(Ophthalmology Division)
• The Sales manager should be equipped with product knowledge & meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
• Driving incremental revenue through successful sales activities
• Plan, organize, direct, and control your sales staff to meet these objectives within a time frame.
• Increase territory results by building and maintaining strong business relationships with customers
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our medical devices.
• Interact with Clinical specialists, Purchase, and biomedical personnel at hospitals to generate leads to convert to orders
• Educate Medical Staff on the benefits of medical devices.
• Visits within defined territory.
• Maintain detail records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.
• Gather market intelligence and feedback to identify emerging trends and customer requirements. Qualifications & Preferred candidate profile
• Masters/Bachelor degree in Optometry/Biomedical/Electronics
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be sales-driven and target-oriented.
• 8-12 years of relevant experience in medical devices/healthcare industry
