Job Description

• Lead and manage a team of 10–15 scientists/chemists working on organic chemistry and synthetic chemistry projects
• Drive execution of complex and challenging synthetic chemistry projects with focus on quality and timelines
• Design, plan, and execute multi-step organic synthesis and route development activities
• Demonstrate strong expertise in heterocyclic chemistry and advanced organic synthesis techniques
• Act as a client-facing project lead, maintaining effective communication and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Present project updates, technical findings, and scientific proposals to internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate project planning, resource allocation, and milestone tracking to achieve business objectives
• Review experimental data, provide scientific guidance, and ensure high-quality documentation
• Support troubleshooting and problem-solving for complex chemistry challenges
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
• Mentor and develop team members through technical guidance and performance management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery and innovation initiatives
