We are hiring an experienced Cybersecurity Lead to drive enterprise security strategy, lead SOC operations, and manage security programs. This role requires strong expertise in threat management, governance, risk, compliance, and team leadership.

Job Description

• Lead and manage security operations and incident response teams
• Define and implement enterprise cybersecurity strategy and roadmap
• Oversee threat detection, vulnerability management, and risk mitigation
• Manage SIEM, SOAR, and security monitoring platforms
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Conduct security architecture reviews and risk assessments
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align security with business goals

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead SOC operations and escalation handling
• Develop and implement security policies and governance frameworks
• Manage security incidents, investigations, and reporting
• Conduct risk assessments and security audits
• Mentor and guide cybersecurity teams
• Drive security awareness and training programs
• Manage vendor tools and third-party security services

Eligibility Criteria:

• 6–10 years of experience in cybersecurity roles
• Proven experience in team leadership and security program management
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks and enterprise security architecture
• Relevant certifications preferred (CISSP, CISM, CEH)
