Backup, restore, and maintenance jobs of databases
Hands-on experience with report development on PowerBI extracting data from Synapse and data flow.
Strong knowledge of working with at least these tools but not limited to these in regards to Data transformation, management, and report development - Excel, SharePoint, SQL, Synapse, Access DB, ServiceNow, etc...
Strong understanding and experience in developing reports for contractual Service Levels and KPs in managed services requirements.
Basic Project management skills
Great understanding of integration and ingestion of data from external sources like Avaya, Vayusphere, ServiceNow, Synapse, Excel files, Intune, Workblaze, Bigfix, Solarwinds, Sharepoint, manual uploads, etc..
Great at troubleshooting and resolving any issues in reporting platform running on PowerBI with supported sources from Synapse, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and multiple other data sources.
Understanding of ITSM processes like Incident management, Change management, problem management, etc...
Team player and good at handling a small team of developers if required
