We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer with 2–5 years of experience to build and deploy intelligent systems using Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI. The role focuses on developing scalable AI solutions, integrating models into applications, and driving real-world impact. This position is with a leading industry organization, offered under direct payroll.

Job Description

• Develop and deploy AI/ML models to solve business problems
• Build and integrate Generative AI / LLM-based solutions (chatbots, copilots, RAG systems)
• Work on end-to-end AI lifecycle: data collection, preprocessing, training, evaluation, and deployment
• Design data pipelines and feature engineering workflows
• Integrate AI models into applications using APIs and microservices
• Optimize models for accuracy, scalability, and performance (latency)
• Implement MLOps practices for model versioning, CI/CD, and monitoring
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data, Engineering)
• Conduct experimentation, validation, and performance tuning
• Ensure Responsible AI practices (fairness, explainability, governance)
• Proven experience leading AI projects and mentoring teams
• Strong system design and production deployment experience
