The is a senior role within GBS, responsible for driving Operations Excellence (OPEX) and Continuous Improvement (CI) across business lines. This role translates strategic priorities into structured improvement programs and ensures consistent delivery of measurable business outcomes.
The role focuses on embedding a culture of continuous improvement, scaling best practices, and enabling sustainable operational performance.
Core Responsibilities
Continuous Improvement
Leadership Drive enterprise-wide CI initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Establish CI governance, pipelines, and prioritization frameworks.
Strategic Transformation
Lead cross-functional transformation programs with clear value outcomes.
Drive process reengineering using data, design thinking, and process mining.
Value Realization
Define and track financial and operational benefits (cost, quality, cycle time).
Ensure benefits are validated and sustainably realized.
Capability Building
Build and scale CI capabilities across the organization.
Develop talent through structured OPEX frameworks and coaching.
Stakeholder Leadership
Act as a key advisor to leadership on OPEX priorities and opportunities.
Align initiatives with business strategy and operational needs.
Operating Model
Lead a team of OPE Partners and OPEX Consultants embedded across business lines.
Drive a dual model of continuous improvement (partner mode) and transformation (consultant mode).
