1. Job Summary & Role Specification
We are looking for experienced SAP EWM Leads with 6–14 years of experience in SAP warehouse management implementation, support, and transformation projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), supply chain processes, system integrations, and team leadership. The role involves leading SAP EWM projects, collaborating with business stakeholders, and delivering optimized warehouse management solutions aligned with operational and business objectives.
2. Job Description
- Lead SAP EWM implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects.
- Analyze warehouse and logistics business requirements and provide SAP solutions.
- Configure and optimize SAP EWM functionalities and processes.
- Coordinate with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders.
- Manage inbound, outbound, inventory, and warehouse operations processes.
- Support system integrations with SAP ERP/S4HANA and third-party applications.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution activities.
- Ensure project delivery within timelines, scope, and quality standards.
- Prepare functional documentation, reports, and training materials.
- Provide post-go-live support and process improvement recommendations.
3. Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead SAP EWM project activities and delivery management.
- Gather and analyze warehouse management business requirements.
- Configure SAP EWM modules and warehouse process flows.
- Manage system integration and interface coordination.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support.
- Monitor warehouse system performance and resolve issues.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide technical guidance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams for project execution.
- Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and project governance.
- Support production systems and incident management activities.
4. Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 6–14 years of relevant SAP consulting experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP EWM implementation and support projects.
- Good understanding of warehouse and supply chain management processes.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration preferred.
- SAP EWM certification is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage teams and stakeholder interactions effectively.
