Job Description

Manage the container platform ecosystem (installation, upgrade, patching, monitoring)
Supports the Enterprise Container Strategy by Identifying ideas to   improve system performance and impact availability.
Assist in change management of container platforms for new versions of OpenShift, Hotfixes, SysAdmin tasks, etc.
Cluster capacity management and provisioning through automation of underlying hosts
Provides L3 engineering support and 
Works with experienced team members to conduct root cause analysis of issues, review new and existing code and/or perform unit testing.
Authors/edits system documentation/playbook(s)
Partners with experienced team members to develop accurate work estimates on work packages.
Team player  as well a mentor on procedural matters to juniors team members 
Responsibility to handle any RHEV bare metal hypervisors issues and fix it
Ability to setup VMs on Redhat bare metal hypervisors.
Strong DevOps/CI/CD process architecture/engineering
Ensure availability, reliability, and performance of OpenShift/Container Platform

Key Responsibilities

Expertise with the RedHat OpenShift Container Platform.
Experience in Infrastructure provisioning, monitoring and Ops
Expertise with Kubernetes.
Expertise on RHEL Linux OS is mandatory
Expertise working with Docker or similar container technologies.
Experience working with infrastructure as code technologies such as Terraform
