1. Job Summary & Role Specification

We are looking for highly experienced SAP Enterprise Architects with 12–20 years of experience in designing and leading enterprise-wide SAP transformation programs. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in SAP architecture, digital transformation, SAP S/4HANA landscapes, cloud integration, and enterprise solution design. The role requires strategic collaboration with business leaders, stakeholders, and technical teams to define scalable, secure, and future-ready SAP ecosystems aligned with organizational goals.

• Define enterprise SAP architecture strategies and roadmap.
• Lead SAP transformation, modernization, and migration initiatives.
• Design scalable and integrated SAP landscapes across enterprise systems.
• Provide architecture guidance for SAP S/4HANA, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives.
• Evaluate and recommend SAP technologies, platforms, and integration approaches.
• Ensure system architecture compliance with security, governance, and industry standards.
• Support implementation teams with architecture reviews and technical guidance.
• Drive enterprise integration, automation, and process optimization initiatives.
• Prepare architecture documentation, standards, and best practices.

• Develop and maintain enterprise SAP architecture frameworks.
• Define solution architecture for SAP implementation and transformation projects.
• Lead architecture governance, risk assessment, and technology evaluations.
• Collaborate with SAP functional, technical, and integration teams.
• Oversee SAP landscape planning, system performance, and scalability.
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP and enterprise applications.
• Guide cloud adoption strategies including SAP BTP and hyperscaler platforms.
• Conduct architecture reviews and recommend process improvements.
• Support executive stakeholders in technology decision-making.
• Mentor technical teams and provide strategic consulting support.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise IT strategy and business goals.

4. Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 12–20 years of experience in SAP architecture and enterprise solutions.
• Extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and SAP ecosystems.
• Experience in cloud, integration, and hybrid SAP landscapes.
• Knowledge of SAP governance, security, and compliance standards.
• SAP certifications and architecture credentials preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.
