Job Description

We are hiring for leading Poultry Equipments manufacturing company :

Responsibilities: 
∙To inform purchase department about unavailability of material.  
∙To prepare requisition as per production plan and share with purchase department. 
∙To take material follow up with purchase department. 
∙To maintain stock records of all finished goods as per the standard packing list. 
∙To make entries of all outward materials. 
∙To issue material through ERP. 
∙To inform the results of inventory reviews to manager and collaborates with manager to schedule future shipments. 
∙To distribute the work among the team, maintain inventory accordingly to fulfil the requirement. 
∙To handle existing manpower in stores department. 
∙To maintain the record of production planning sheet and supply bought out material as per requirements.  
∙To store the material and share it with production, purchase department on daily basis. 
∙To handover the required material to respective departments.  
∙To coordinate with dispatch manager about dispatches and maintain the record of same.  
∙To keep track of raw material issue in excel on daily basis. 
∙To ensure orderly storage of bought out material and maintain detailed record of available material and their storage locations. 
∙To prepare GRN for third party vendor billing. 
∙To prepare document of bought out packing list of dispatch. 
∙To conduct regular inventory, check on daily and weekly basis. 
∙To focus on material storage and issuing material only as per requirement. 
∙To maintain minimum stock level of bought out material. 
∙To maintain 5S, kaizen and TPM in store area. 
∙To impart induction training & on the job training to new joinees. 
∙To capture and maintain record of KRA’s on a timely basis. 
∙To actively take part in review of KRA’s of team on monthly basis. 
∙To work in team, share best practices with each other, support other team members. 
∙To maintain positive attitude and enthusiasm. 
∙To focus on skills-development.  
∙To contribute to improvements in the workplace. 
∙To maintain utmost confidentiality and integrity towards the organization. 
∙To ensure care while using resources provided by the organization like laptops, pen- drives, etc.
