Job Summary:
We are hiring a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our growing team. This role blends core HR responsibilities with day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth operations and a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate is organized, people-focused, and capable of managing both HR processes and essential office coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
- Manage on-boarding and off-boarding, ensuring proper documentation and process compliance.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave tracking, and other related documentation.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, and internal communication initiatives.
- Support office administration tasks such as procurement of supplies, vendor coordination, and travel or event arrangements.
- Help organize internal meetings, training sessions, and company events.
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of offer letters, relieving letters, and other HR documentation.
- Support compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in HR with exposure to administrative coordination.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work independently.

- Experience in a start-up or Ed-Tech environment.
