3. Candidate Sourcing:
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify, source, and engage potential candidates.

4. Interview Coordination:
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
• Provide feedback and updates to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
5. Market Research:

6. Documentation and Reporting:
