Key Responsibilities of Trainee -Sales & Customer Support (MSD Division):-
.Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
Support the sales team in managing customer accounts and building strong relationships.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions for customers.
Contribute to achieving sales targets and objectives set by the management team.
