Job Description
1. Enquiry Generation:-
- Networking (Creation & Maintaining Relationship) with consultants, PMCs, Builders & Customers contractors
- Successful Completion of value awareness meeting with Supervisors help & Unique presentation if requires.
- Maintaining The data base on the template of the organization
2. Proposal Preparation & Submission:-
-Thorough understanding of the Project in terms technical, commercial, computations & all Influencers.
- Collaborating with Estimation Engineer & Supervisor for Customer Appealing Offer Preparation, Submission &
Follow up.
- Provide the budgetary offer Supports to the Customer.
- Maintaining The data base on the template of the organization.
3. Sales Meetings:-
- Preparing for meetings via structured research about Targeted Project with the help of Supervisor.
- Having Effective sales meetings in order to
a) Understand the requirements & eco system of the clients
b) Position UPSPL as the best choice to the client
