Roles & Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable PLC/automation solutions.
Prepare technical details, quotations, and basic proposals.
Coordinate with internal sales and engineering teams.
Support demo, trials, and technical discussions with customers.
Service & Technical Support:
PLC programming support (basic to intermediate level).
Installation, commissioning, and testing of PLC panels and automation systems.
Troubleshooting PLC, HMI, VFD, sensors, and control panels.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance at customer sites.
Provide on-site and remote technical support.
Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare service reports and commissioning documents.
Maintain records of customer complaints, actions taken, and closures.
Support FAT/SAT activities when required.
