Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Business Growth: Convert qualified leads into successful deals across private and government sectors by understanding client needs and positioning our solutions effectively.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CXO-level executives, to ensure long-term business partnerships and repeat engagements.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Identify new business opportunities, devise and execute outreach strategies, and work closely with internal teams to meet revenue targets.
- Proposal & Pitch Development: Prepare compelling business proposals, tailored presentations, and pitch documents that clearly articulate our value proposition.
- Event Representation: Represent the company at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to gather leads, promote brand visibility, and stay updated on market trends.
- Stall Management: Take ownership of planning, setting up, and managing exhibition stalls at relevant events to drive engagement and lead generation.
- Market Expansion: Explore opportunities in international markets and support market entry strategies, where applicable.
- Negotiation & Closure: Lead pricing and contract negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maximizing profitability.
- Conflict Resolution: Proactively address client concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Reporting & CRM: Maintain accurate sales records, prepare regular reports, and update CRM tools with lead status, follow-ups, and conversion metrics.
