We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Field Relationship Manager to handle client interactions, conduct site visits, and support the sales process. The role involves managing leads, building strong client relationships, and ensuring a smooth property buying experience.
Conduct property site visits and explain project details to clients
Maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
Follow up on leads and assist in the end-to-end sales process
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and post-sales support
Keep records updated in CRM and report on client interactions
Graduate with 1–3 years of real estate or field sales experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to travel locally for meetings and site visits
Familiar with CRM tools and basic real estate knowledge
