1. Job Summary & Role Specification

We are looking for experienced SAP EWM & TM Consultants with 5–10 years of experience in SAP Supply Chain Management projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Transportation Management (TM) modules, including implementation, configuration, integration, and support activities. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, logistics teams, and technical teams to optimize warehouse and transportation processes using SAP solutions.

2. Job Description

• Implement, configure, and support SAP EWM and SAP TM modules.
• Analyze business requirements and provide SAP SCM solutions.
• Work on warehouse management and transportation management process optimization.
• Support implementation, rollout, migration, and enhancement projects.
• Configure system settings based on operational and logistics requirements.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution activities.
• Coordinate with technical teams for integrations and custom developments.
• Prepare functional specifications, documentation, and user manuals.
• Provide user training and post-go-live support.
• Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and organizational standards.

3. Roles & Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze warehouse and transportation business requirements.
• Configure SAP EWM and SAP TM functionalities.
• Manage inbound, outbound, shipping, transportation planning, and logistics processes.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support.
• Support system integration with SAP ERP/S4HANA and third-party applications.
• Monitor system performance and resolve functional issues.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project execution.
• Provide production support and incident management.
• Ensure smooth deployment and post-implementation support.

4. Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant SAP consulting experience.
• Hands-on experience in SAP EWM and/or SAP TM implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management and transportation processes.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA environments preferred.
• SAP EWM/TM certification is an added advantage.
• Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
