We are looking for an experienced Deep Learning Engineer – Tech Lead to architect, lead, and deliver scalable AI solutions. This role requires strong expertise in deep learning, Generative AI, and production-grade ML systems, along with proven experience in technical leadership, system design, and mentoring teams. Job Description

• Lead the design and development of deep learning and Generative AI solutions for complex business problems
• Architect end-to-end AI systems from data pipelines to model deployment and monitoring
• Build and optimize LLM-based applications (RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering)
• Drive model performance improvements (accuracy, latency, scalability) in production
• Establish and implement MLOps best practices (CI/CD, versioning, monitoring)
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define AI strategy and roadmaps
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and system reliability
• Lead technical design reviews and architecture decisions
• Mentor junior engineers and guide best practices in AI/ML development
• Stay updated with advancements in Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI

Roles & Responsibilities

• Own delivery of AI/ML projects from concept to production
• Design scalable deep learning architectures (CNNs, Transformers, sequence models)
• Develop and deploy NLP, Computer Vision, or multimodal AI solutions
• Implement distributed training and optimization techniques
• Integrate AI models into applications via APIs and microservices
• Lead model evaluation, experimentation, and continuous improvement
• Manage stakeholder communication and technical decision-making
• Ensure Responsible AI practices (bias, fairness, explainability).
