1. Job Summary & Role Specification

We are looking for skilled SAP S/4HANA Functional Consultants with 3–8 years of experience in SAP implementation, support, rollout, and migration projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA functional modules, business process analysis, and system configuration. The role requires close collaboration with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver efficient SAP solutions aligned with business objectives.

2. Job Description

• Implement and support SAP S/4HANA functional modules.
• Analyze business requirements and provide SAP-based solutions.
• Configure SAP modules as per business process requirements.
• Support implementation, rollout, migration, and enhancement projects.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution activities.
• Coordinate with technical teams for developments and integrations.
• Prepare functional specifications and project documentation.
• Provide user support, training, and post-go-live assistance.
• Ensure compliance with SAP standards and best practices.

3. Roles & Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business process requirements.
• Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA functional modules.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and process optimization.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support.
• Support data migration and validation activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project execution.
• Monitor system performance and resolve functional issues.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and user manuals.
• Provide production support and resolve incidents within SLA timelines.
• Ensure successful deployment and post-implementation support.

4. Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Commerce, or related field.
• 3–8 years of relevant SAP functional consulting experience.
• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation or support projects.
• Strong understanding of business processes and SAP functionalities.
• Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP project preferred.
• SAP S/4HANA certification is an added advantage.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams.
