Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new corporate clients, leveraging networking, cold calling, and other prospecting techniques.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales goals.
  • Sales Team Performance: Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, providing feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and analyses to track progress, identify trends, and inform decision-making.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings and industry trends to effectively position and sell our solutions.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients to maximize profitability.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the corporate gifting or promotional products industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in sales CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
