Responsibilities:
1 Plan, schedule, and oversee daily production activities to ensure timely manufacturing of products.
2 Ensure efficient utilization of resources (manpower, materials, and machinery).
3 Monitor production output and adjust schedules or processes to meet delivery deadlines.
4 Enforce quality control standards and procedures across all product lines.
5 Collaborate with the quality team to resolve product issues and implement continuous improvements.
6 Coordinate with procurement for timely sourcing of raw materials.
7 Maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid production delays or overstock.
8 Manage and supervise production staff, supervisors and Artisans.
9 Train and develop team members to improve performance and maintain a safe, productive work environment.
10 Identify inefficiencies in the manufacturing process and implement process improvement strategies.
11 Introduce automation or lean manufacturing techniques where applicable.
12 Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
13 Generate and present operational reports to senior management.
14 Coordinate with sales, design, and logistics departments to ensure smooth business operations.

Skills:
1 Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
2 Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment, preferably with concrete or construction-related products.
3 Strong knowledge of production planning, quality systems, and equipment maintenance.
4 Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and production management software.
5 Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
