Job Description

  • Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer service
  • Supporting the customer through email and phone calls
  • Generate Sales leads
  • Overseeing the customer service process
  • Planning & Training and standardization of service delivery
  • Providing detailed information to customers.
  • Maintaining record of each phone calls to future reference
  • Offering exceptional customer service and satisfaction
  • Taking feedback from the customers
  • Identify and assess customer’s need to achieve satisfaction.
  • Contributing the work to the Company’s knowledge base.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternative with the time limits: follow up to ensure resolutions.
