Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily production operations on the shop floor 
• Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and machines efficiently 
• Monitor production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders 
• Implement lean practices and improve process efficiency 
• Build and maintain production tracking systems and reporting formats 
• Coordinate with Quality and Design departments for seamless workflow 
• Ensure adherence to safety and discipline across the shop floor
