We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Administrator to manage and maintain our organization's IT infrastructure. The role includes overseeing servers, networks, user support, hardware/software troubleshooting, security protocols, and overall system performance. The ideal candidate will ensure the seamless operation of IT services and support the digital transformation and security needs of the organization.
Network & System Administration:
Configure, monitor, and maintain local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and internet systems.
Manage and monitor server performance, backup processes, and system security.
User Support & Helpdesk:
Provide first-level support to internal users for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Maintain ticketing system and ensure timely resolution of IT support requests.
Hardware & Software Management:
Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage licenses and inventories.
Maintain records of assets, warranties, and software licenses.
Security & Compliance:
Implement and monitor IT security measures such as firewalls, antivirus, encryption, and access controls.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws regarding data security and IT usage.
Backup & Disaster Recovery:
Oversee data backup solutions and ensure disaster recovery plans are up-to-date and tested.
Vendor Management:
Coordinate with external vendors for procurement, warranty claims, and technical support.
IT Documentation:
Maintain detailed documentation of systems configurations, processes, and procedures.
IT Policy Implementation:
Enforce IT policies for internet usage, email, cybersecurity, and remote access.
Software Deployment & Updates:
Plan and execute system updates, patch management, and rollouts of new applications.
Support for Business Applications:
Provide technical support for ERP, HRMS, CRM, and other business-critical systems.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in IT administration or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems, networking, and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
Hands-on experience with firewalls, routers, switches, antivirus, and backup tools.
Understanding of cybersecurity principles and IT compliance.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
