Job Description
1. Job Summary & Role Specification
We are looking for experienced SAP SuccessFactors & HCM Experts with 5–15 years of experience in implementing, configuring, customizing, and supporting SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in HR business processes, SAP cloud solutions, integrations, and enterprise HR transformation projects. The role requires close collaboration with HR teams, stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver scalable and efficient HR solutions across implementation, migration, rollout, and support projects.
2. Job Description
- Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM modules.
- Analyze business requirements and provide suitable SAP HR solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors/HCM modules based on client requirements.
- Work on system integration with SAP ECC/S4HANA and third-party applications.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system optimization.
- Support end-to-end project lifecycle activities including deployment and post-go-live support.
- Prepare project documentation, functional specifications, and user manuals.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients for successful project delivery.
- Provide technical and functional support to end users.
3. Roles & Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze HR business requirements.
- Configure SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM modules.
- Handle implementation, migration, upgrade, and rollout projects.
- Support modules such as Employee Central, Payroll, Recruitment, LMS, Performance Management, etc.
- Perform system testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.
- Monitor system performance and ensure smooth operations.
- Manage integrations between SAP and external systems.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and analytics as required.
- Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer for users.
- Ensure compliance with SAP standards and best practices.
- Provide production support and resolve incidents within SLA timelines.
4. Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, HR, or related field.
- 5–15 years of relevant experience in SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation project.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and SAP functionalities.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification is an added advantage.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments preferred.
