Job Description

• Configure and support SAP HCM Payroll processes and payroll schema based on business requirements
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing including payroll runs, validations, reconciliation, and post-payroll activities
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP HCM Payroll solutions
• Customize and maintain Payroll Schema, Rules, Wage Types, PCRs, and Functions
• Handle payroll integrations with Time Management, Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Finance (FI), and third-party systems
• Support payroll statutory compliance and country-specific payroll requirements
• Perform payroll testing including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support
• Troubleshoot payroll issues and provide timely resolution
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for enhancements and developments
• Execute payroll data validation, audit checks, and reporting activities
• Support payroll migrations, upgrades, and implementation projects
• Provide user training and create process documentation
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to improve payroll operations
