🎯 Sales & Lead Conversion

Proactively convert qualified leads shared by the organization into revenue-generating clients.

Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the assigned portfolio to drive incremental business.

Conduct regular follow-ups with leads through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to ensure high lead-to-client conversion rates.

🧭 Client Acquisition & Market Development

Conduct field visits to potential customers and establish new relationships to expand market reach.

Develop a robust pipeline of prospects through referrals, market intelligence, and networking.

Support and drive market penetration strategies by identifying new growth areas and customer segments.

📈 Account Growth & Retention

Grow existing accounts by building strong customer relationships and providing tailored financial/product solutions.

Ensure customer satisfaction through regular engagement, problem resolution, and proactive service.

Consistently meet and exceed sales and profitability goals as defined by the Direct Sales leadership team.

🗂️ CRM & Data Management

Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all customer interactions, prospects, and sales activities in the CRM system.

Track the status of target, current, and future customers to enable better planning and resource allocation.
