1. Job Summary & Role Specification

We are looking for experienced SAP S/4HANA Functional Consultants with 5–10 years of experience in SAP implementation, configuration, and support projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA functional modules, business process mapping, and enterprise transformation initiatives. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients to deliver effective SAP solutions aligned with organizational requirements.

2. Job Description

• Implement, configure, and support SAP S/4HANA functional modules. 
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. 
• Work on end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects. 
• Configure SAP modules based on business and operational requirements. 
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. 
• Support integration between SAP modules and external systems. 
• Prepare functional specifications, process documents, and user manuals. 
• Coordinate with technical teams for custom developments and enhancements. 
• Provide user training and post-go-live support. 
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and project standards. 

3. Roles & Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business process requirements. 
• Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA functional modules. 
• Support modules such as FICO, MM, SD, PP, WM, EWM, QM, or PM. 
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and process optimization activities. 
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support. 
• Handle data migration and system validation activities. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery. 
• Monitor system performance and resolve functional issues. 
• Prepare project documentation and status reports. 
• Provide production support and incident management. 
• Ensure smooth deployment and post-implementation support. 

4. Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Commerce, Engineering, or related field. 
• 5–10 years of relevant SAP functional consulting experience. 
• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation and support projects. 
• Strong understanding of business processes and SAP functionalities. 
• Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation project. 
• SAP S/4HANA certification is preferred. 
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to work independently and in collaborative team environments. 
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is an added advantage.
