Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough quality checks on hard and soft luggage products to ensure adherence to company and industry standards.

• Implement and monitor quality control processes for post-production efficiency.

• Identify defects, inconsistencies, and recommend improvements for better product durability and aesthetics.

• Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality concerns and improve manufacturing processes.

• Maintain documentation related to quality inspections, testing, and production reports.

• Ensure compliance with safety and industry regulations in all manufacturing operations.

• Assist in troubleshooting quality issues and implementing corrective actions.

• Monitor and ensure adherence to the production plan versus actual output, identifying gaps and implementing corrective measures to improve efficiency and consistency.
