Job Description
Role Overview: As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a critical role in the end-to-end recruitment process. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging with candidates, as well as coordinating with employers to ensure successful job placements. Your role will also involve employer onboarding, managing demand requirements, and collaborating with partners to fulfill talent needs. Familiarity with multiple sourcing platforms is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Screening:
- Identify and source potential candidates using various platforms and channels.
- Screen candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for the role.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Candidate Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide a positive candidate experience by keeping them informed and engaged.
- Assist candidates with interview preparation and follow-ups.
Employer Coordination and Collaboration:
- Work closely with employers to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback sessions, and offer negotiations between candidates and employers.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process from start to finish.
Job Closure and Employer Onboarding:
- Facilitate the successful closure of job positions by aligning employer expectations with candidate qualifications.
- Assist employers with the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.
Demand Management and Partner Coordination:
- Collaborate with employers and partners to understand and fulfill demand requirements.
- Coordinate with external partners to source and deliver the right talent for specific roles.
- Monitor and manage the talent pipeline to meet ongoing demand.
Multi-Platform Sourcing:
- Utilize multiple sourcing platforms to identify and engage top talent.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment technologies and sourcing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with various sourcing platforms and recruitment tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Additional Skills:
- Experience in employer onboarding and partner coordination is a plus.
