Expertise in administration, Designing, and Implementing Pure FlashArray

• In-Depth Knowledge of Flash array Hardware & Architecture

• Depth knowledge in flexible active-active configurations, Flash Array snapshot & replication,

Active Cluster & Active DR, Native FA File replication

• Strong Knowledge on Performance analysis factors of Pure Storage Arrays

• Expertise in a Storage product line

i. Storage administration (Monitoring, Provisioning, de-provisioning, capacity

Management, DR and replication and data protection solutions)

ii. Storage implementation (Build, migrations, de-commissions, upgrade, Expansions)

iii. Storage infra design (Review & contribute to prepare SAN infra from HLD\LLD)

• Deep level knowledge and work experience in Managing entry, mid-range & enterprise level

storage and SAN Fabrics

i. SAN administration (Monitoring, Provisioning, de-provisioning, capacity Management,

DR and replication and data protection solutions)

ii. SAN Switch implementation (Build, migrations, de-commissions, upgrades, ISLs,

Expansions, Merger)

iii. SAN infra design (Review & contribute to prepare SAN infra from HLD\LLD)

• Storage performance and data protection concepts

• Fiber Channel Host BUS Adapter, multipath, Host disk management and backup concepts

• Deep level knowledge and work experience in Managing and implementing Storage Replication

solutions

• Deep level knowledge and work experience on NAS and unified storages, CIFS, NFS, permission

Management, integrations

• Experience in Designing, Configuring and troubleshooting Fabric Environment constituting

Brocade/ McData/ Connectrix/ Cisco switches

• Certification on Pure technology is an added advantage

• Expertise in managing DR activities and DR solutions.

• Expertise in homogenous and heterogenous migrations.

• System administration experience on HPUX or Sun Solaris, and knowledge on Volume Manager

Concepts would be an added value

• In depth Knowledge on ITIL processes like Incident management, Problem Management,

Configuration management and Change Management processes.

• Good skills on performance optimization

• Solving complicated Hardware cases and Liaising with Hardware Vendor

• Advanced troubleshooting skills and identify the severity of the issue, Ability to Resolve issues

quickly to account/customer satisfaction and Prepare RCA

• Hands on experience on other enterprise storage technologies like EMC, Hitachi, HPE would be

added advantage

• Provide operational support on a 24x7 rotation basis

• Expected to train the resources on the respective technology

• Expected to improve Automation and reduce manual work

• Provide root cause analysis and log evaluation after outages

• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram

form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables

• Ability to work on cross-functional teams

• Knowledge of Ticketing Tool such as Remedy, USD, SNOW,etc.

• Experience in Data Center Migration, Storage & Fabric migration

• Good experience in driving Organization wise initiatives with clear business outcome

• Experience of Handling team for managing day to day operations, driving initiatives, getting

business benefits, stable & error free services
